It is said that in 850 AD an Ethiopian goat herder discovered the wonders of coffee when his flock grew restless and wouldn't go to sleep at night. He discovered that his flock had been eating the cherries of coffee trees! Sidamo Province in the southern part of Ethiopia produces a rich, bright and vibrant tasting coffee; floral overtones and hints of citrus are enhanced by our medium roast.
