It is said that in 850 AD an Ethiopian goat herder discovered the wonders of coffee when his flock grew restless and wouldn't go to sleep at night. He discovered that his flock had been eating the cherries of coffee trees! Yirgacheffe in South Central Ethiopia produces a crisp and vibrant tasting coffee; floral overtones and hints of black tea are enhanced by our medium roast.
