The Ubiriki Valley Sustainable Coffee Agrarian Cooperative was formed in 2004 in the basin of the Ubiriki River, which ultimately flows into the Amazon. At its founding the co-op had 97 members which has grown to 530 memebers today.
While each growing region of Peru imparts its own unique flavor notes, Peruvian coffee is smooth and mellow with mild acidity and light body. Its exciting flavor profile ranges from vanilla sweetness to nutty, chocolatey notes and subtle tones of citrus. This delightful coffee is roasted medium-dark.
